Definitions ‘seller’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ is referred to as Gemini Gifts. 'Buyer', 'you', 'your' is referred to as you the customer.
If you are not happy with your product and would like a refund or exchange please contact us, we would ask for this product to be returned to us (by post) within 7 days of you (the buyer) receiving this at the buyers expense. Please ensure that the goods are well packaged in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if packaging has been tampered with or the product has been used. We recommend that you keep proof of postage with a receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods that are damaged or lost in transit. It is very important when we have received the good that they are in their original condition it is only then we can issue a refund.
If you’ve receive a product with manufacturing faults on arrival, then we will offer you refund including your postage costs or a replacement. We would need to see a copy of the postage receipt to refund this cost.
If the product is damaged on arrival, then we ask that you contact us within 3 days of receiving this item. We would ask for you to provide us with photos of the damage. We would then ask for the damage product to be returned to us and we will offer a refund including your postage costs or a replacement item. We would need to see a copy of the postage receipt to refund this cost.
We do not accept any skincare products back as a return as we are unable to re-sell them due to hygiene reasons.
